Come at noon and Schnitz is a counter deli — order, grab a number, watch the grill. Come at seven and it’s candlelit, full-service, and the rooftop is open. The toggle up top defaults to whatever’s actually happening right now.

Full service after four: Snake River Wagyu sirloin, salmon risotto, lake perch, and scratch sweets. Upstairs the original Ada rooftop opens in warm weather — string lights, red-and-navy umbrellas, dinner above the village.
