Come at noon and Schnitz is a counter deli — order, grab a number, watch the grill. Come at seven and it’s candlelit, full-service, and the rooftop is open. The toggle up top defaults to whatever’s actually happening right now.
Order at the counter: NY-style Schnitzel and Brooklyn Reubens, half-pound Angus burgers, ribeye Phillys, and breads baked in-house at the Schnitz bakery. Greens come from Vertical Paradise Farms in Caledonia.
